For International Women’s Day on 8th March, Astraea’s Lisa McCreath and Tanya Costello sat down for a fascinating conversation with Emma Wainer MA, voice coach and founder of Speaking At Work.

Among other topics, they discussed confidence lapses, the mind-body connection and the value of a “femtor”. It’s given us a lot to think about as we consider this year’s theme of hashtag#AcceleratingAction in support of women in the workplace as well as diversity more generally.
