Our teams are made up of people from a diverse range of professional backgrounds. They are lawyers, chartered accountants, forensic investigators and forensic accountants, certified fraud examiners, intelligence and political risk professionals, and experts in compliance, finance, tax, wealth, regulation, reputation management and crisis response.

Summer Scheme
Astraea continues to offer
a week’s work experience
in our multi-disciplinary firm.
Over the course of a week:
- You will learn about our practice areas, rotating between the Legal and Investigations teams to get hands on experience.
- Attend various sessions offering a Q&A forum;
- Build your network professionally and personally; and
- Receive feedback and advice.
In addition to the skills and experience you will gain from the Scheme, you will also receive the following benefits:
- Reasonable travel expenses, may be available on request; and
- A Training Supervisor (or “buddy”) to support you.
When is the Scheme?
Dates for 2027 to be released in the new year.
Usually we hold the scheme at the end of June / beginning of July.
When can I apply?
The dates will be issued in the new year, and we usually open the application submissions for one month, in April.
Who can apply?
We are accepting applications from students and graduates from any degree discipline.
You should have, or expect to have, AAB at A-Level and 2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent). We understand that things can change during the course of your studies, and you might not have achieved the grade you hoped for due to extenuating or mitigating circumstances. Please detail any such relevant information in your application for us to consider.
To apply for the Scheme, you need the right to work in the UK and will need to check any conditions which are attached to your visa. Given the duration of the Scheme, we will not be able to assist with permits or visas to facilitate participation.
