Biography
Flora is an Associate and Investigator specialising in cross-border disputes and enforcement matters.
Prior to joining Astraea, Flora worked at a London-based intelligence firm, supporting clients on a range of investigative and risk advisory matters. Her experience includes conducting multi-jurisdictional investigations, research and analysis relating to geopolitical developments, fraud, corruption, due diligence, asset recovery, online threats and wider risk issues.
Since joining Astraea, Flora has qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and works across both legal and investigative mandates. She supports clients in complex cross-border disputes, enforcement actions, sanctions matters and regulatory compliance issues, drawing on both legal and investigative approaches to address complex and often cross-jurisdictional challenges.
Flora holds a law degree from the London School of Economics and has undertaken training in advanced open-source intelligence techniques, as well as digital assets and blockchain technologies.
