Join Us

Our team is drawn from a diverse range of backgrounds including barristers, solicitors, chartered accountants, forensic investigators and forensic accountants, certified fraud examiners, intelligence professionals and experts in compliance, tax, wealth, regulation, reputation management and crisis response.

A shared ethos

We are always interested in meeting talented people who share our vision for multidisciplinary professional services and could add to the breadth and diversity of our platform.

We are also committed to developing young practitioners – either informally as a career mentor or more formally by becoming part of our pool of talent available to work on cases.

We will never discriminate on grounds of educational background. We recognise that for most, educational opportunity is shaped by chance and that talent flourishes in different ways and at different stages of personal development. We consequently aim to help and promote those whose opportunity may not have come about in conventional academia.

Summer Scheme

Astraea is proud to announce the
launch of its summer scheme,
offering a week’s work experience
in our multi-disciplinary firm.

Over the course of a week:

  • You will learn about our practice areas, rotating between the Legal and Investigations teams to get hands on experience.
  • Attend various sessions offering a Q&A forum;
  • Build your network professionally and personally; and
  • Receive feedback and advice.

In addition to the skills and experience you will gain from the Scheme, you will also receive the following benefits:

  • Reasonable travel expenses;
  • Subsidised accommodation may be available on request (to those living outside London); and
  • A Training Supervisor (or “buddy”) to support you.

When is the Scheme?

21 – 25 July 2025

When can I apply?

03 – 30 April 2025

Who can apply?

We are accepting applications from students and graduates from any degree discipline.

You should have, or expect to have, AAB at A-Level and 2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent). We understand that things can change during the course of your studies, and you might not have achieved the grade you hoped for due to extenuating or mitigating circumstances. Please detail any such relevant information in your application for us to consider.

To apply for the Scheme, you need the right to work in the UK and will need to check any conditions which are attached to your visa. Given the duration of the Scheme, we will not be able to assist with permits or visas to facilitate participation.

The application process

If you would like to be considered for a place on the Scheme, please send a covering letter and CV to info@astraea-group.com. We will begin to screen applications after the deadline and will not consider any applications received after 5pm on 30 April 2025.

We will notify successful applicants that they have passed the first stage by 15 May 2025. If you have not heard from us by this date, you should assume that your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
