Biography
Nancy joined Astraea Group after working as a finance manager and controller for seven years in the recruitment and HR sector.
She has had a varied career mostly working in operations managing creative/marketing teams either client or agency side on large blue-chip brands.
Aside from her finance capabilities, Nancy has experience of leading large complex rollouts, from multi-country below-the-line product launches and loyalty programmes for manufacturing and engineering products, to global e-commerce platform releases in the automotive, retail and entertainment sectors.
